The Reference 1518 was Patek Philippe's first serially-produced perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch, introduced in 1941. This example from the third series (c.1948) is crafted in 18K yellow gold and remains in exceptional condition, retaining its original dial and pristine movement. Accompanied by its original certificate, presentation box, and associated papers.
